Appointments can be made daily by simply calling 716-636-3031. If unable to keep your appointment, we would appreciate 24 hour notice or a fee will be charged.

Financial Policy:
Payment for services is due at the time dental treatment is provided.

For Single Appointments:
A full 5% savings for payments in full at time of service.

For Multiple Appointments:
Option 1: 5% savings for payments in full at time of service.

Option 2: Two equal payments. First payment due the day treatment begins and the second due upon completion.

Extended payments are available upon special request, including interest free financing if qualified. Accounts outstanding more than 60 days from treatment date will bear interest at 2% per month per annum.

Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Care Credit accepted.

Dental Insurance:
Dental Insurance, or "Dental Assistance," as it should be called, is designed to help you pay part of the cost of your dental treatment. Your employer has made this coverage available to you and we will do our best to help maximize its benefits. Dental insurance is NOT designed to pay all of the cost of treatment, but rather be a partial payment.

Your insurance contract is between you and the insurance company. We are only a third party to this agreement. We will assist you in preparing and submitting the necessary forms. However, your insurance may not cover the entire fee and you will be responsible for the difference.
